For machine builders, the trade fair calendar is also the production calendar for marketing. Every major show needs a stand film, renders for the booth and the press, and pre-show material for the sales team, and all of it has a lead time. This page lists the main 2027 fairs for machinery and equipment manufacturers, with the latest date to send CAD for a full process film for each one.

Still in 2026
SPS in Nuremberg (24 to 26 November 2026) and Gulfood Manufacturing in Dubai (3 to 5 November 2026) are too close for a new film, but renders and short clips for social media and follow-up emails can still be produced in a week or two.
Shows that changed
- EMO 2027 is in Milan, not Hanover. EMO alternates between the two cities; Hanover hosts it next in 2029. EMO 2027 guide.

- PROCESS EXPO is now the Food Production Solutions Show, launching in Chicago in October 2027, run by Messe Frankfurt and FPSA (Food Engineering).

How to plan visuals across several shows
Most machine builders exhibit at two to five fairs a year. Producing visuals per show is expensive; producing a set once and re-cutting it is not. A practical plan:
- Prepare the machine once from CAD, in the configuration you will show most.
- Produce a core set: five renders, one 60 second process film and one 20 to 45 second feature film.
- Re-cut per show: language, units, screen format and the message for that audience.
- Add per show only what is new: a new option, a new customer application.
