Why an engineer runs a visualization studio.
Most visualization studios are staffed by artists who receive a CAD file and try to make it look good. That works for a consumer product. It fails on machinery, where the thing that has to be communicated is a mechanism, a material flow or a tolerance, and where simplifying the wrong component quietly destroys the point of the image.
3DEnginuity was founded by Bilal Naseem, a mechanical engineer, and that is the standard the studio holds itself to. Every project starts with an engineering assessment of your data: what is usable, what has to be rebuilt, what can be simplified without losing meaning, and what is confidential and should never leave your building in the first place. Only then does production begin.
The result is visuals your engineering department can approve as readily as your marketing department can use. That is the whole proposition.

NDA before any file moves
We sign yours or send ours. Our mutual NDA is downloadable below, so your legal team can review it before you even reply.
Free data assessment
Send one CAD file. We open it and report what is usable, at no cost and with no obligation, before any quote is signed.
Fixed prices and dates
You approve a fixed price and delivery date before work starts. Trade show schedules are planned backwards from build-up week.
Approval milestones
You sign off a look frame, then a storyboard or animatic, before full production. Changes are cheap at those points and we make them there.
Your CAD stays yours
We never claim rights over your design data, and we delete it on written request. Nothing is published without your written permission.
Reusable models
Your prepared machine is archived so the second project, and every one after it, costs less than the first.

Who will actually work on our project?
A mechanical engineer scopes the project and reviews every delivery, working with a small production team. You deal with the same person from the first email to handover, not an account manager passing messages along.
How large is the studio?
Deliberately small. We take on a limited number of machine projects at a time so that trade show dates are never at risk, and so the person who assessed your CAD is the person who checks the final frames.
Can you handle our assembly size?
Yes. Machine and line assemblies with thousands of parts are routine. We simplify what the camera never sees and keep every visible surface exactly as engineered.
Will our project stay confidential?
Yes. An NDA is signed before any file moves, access is limited to the project team, nothing is subcontracted without your consent, and nothing is published without your written permission. Much of our work never appears publicly.
Where are you based, and does it matter?
We work remotely with manufacturers across Germany, the EU, the UK and North America, in English, and deliver films with voiceover or subtitles in German and other languages. Files move through private upload links, so location affects nothing except meeting times, which we set around yours.
What do you not do?
We do not produce consumer lifestyle rendering, and we do not use generative AI to invent machine parts. Every surface you see comes from your engineering data or from a measured reference.
