How we handle your CAD, and your deadline.
Machine CAD is among the most sensitive data a manufacturer owns, and trade show dates do not move. This page explains exactly how both are managed.
The five stages.
Every project runs the same way, whether it is one render or a full show package.
NDA and secure transfer
We sign your NDA or send ours. Write to cad@3denginuity.com and you receive a private upload link with a PIN. No CAD ever travels as an email attachment.
Free data assessment
We open the file, check what is usable, flag anything missing, and return a fixed price and delivery date within one working day. This step costs nothing.
CAD preparation
The assembly is converted, simplified where the camera never looks, and given real materials. Visible geometry stays exactly as engineered.
Approval milestones
You approve a look frame for stills, or a storyboard and animatic for film, before full production. Changes at this stage are quick and free.
Delivery and handover
Files delivered per channel and sized per use, full commercial usage rights granted on payment, and your prepared model archived so the next project costs less.
Working to a show date.
Interpack, drupa, K, FachPack, Hannover Messe, LogiMAT, IMTS and Pack Expo all have one thing in common: the date is fixed.
12 weeks out
Scope agreed, CAD received, assessment done, schedule locked to the build-up date.
8 weeks out
Storyboard approved, look frames signed off, print sizes confirmed with your booth builder.
4 weeks out
Animatic approved, renders in production, print files delivered first.
2 weeks out
Film delivered with cutdowns, screen formats tested at final resolution.
Show week
Files on your booth systems, backups supplied, a contact reachable during the show.
After the show
Assets repurposed for follow-up campaigns, product pages and distributor packs.

Questions.
What do you need to start?
A CAD assembly in STEP, JT or your native format, plus any photos of an existing unit and a note on what the visuals must achieve. If you only have 2D drawings, we can rebuild the geometry.
How do we send large files securely?
Through a private upload link, not email. Files up to several gigabytes are normal for machine assemblies.
Do you delete our data afterwards?
We keep the prepared visualization model so future projects are cheaper, and delete everything, including source CAD, on written request.
Can you work under our purchasing process?
Yes. We work with purchase orders, supplier forms, framework agreements and net payment terms for established manufacturers.
