Roller conveyor system, layout and detail in one set.
A stainless roller conveyor system with a right-angle junction, a modular belt transfer and gear-motor drives on adjustable legs. Conveyor layouts are sold on flow and footprint, and both are easier to understand in 3D than on a 2D layout drawing.

What the visuals had to do.
- Flow and footprintShow where product enters, turns and transfers, and how much floor the system takes.
- Hygienic buildStainless frames, open construction and adjustable feet had to read clearly for food and pharma buyers.
- Drive detailGear motors and the belt transfer are the engineered parts. They get their own close-ups.
How we built it.
The layout was prepared so each section is a reusable module. A different customer layout is assembled from the same parts rather than modelled again.
Brushed stainless, polymer belt modules and painted gear motors each got their own material, lit to avoid the flat grey look that most conveyor renders fall into.
The prepared scene is ready for a flow animation: cartons or trays moving through the junction and transfer, which is how conveyor suppliers win layout approvals.

Questions.
Can you render a conveyor layout for a specific customer?
Yes. Once your standard sections are prepared, each customer layout is assembled from them, which keeps quotation visuals fast and affordable.
Can you animate product flow on the conveyor?
Yes. A line film shows product moving through junctions, transfers and accumulation zones. Line films start at $7,900.
