How do we get access?
With your order confirmation you receive the portal link and a PIN. No account to create and no software to install. Share both with whoever on your side should see the project, and nobody else can open it.
Who on our side can see it?
Anyone you give the link and PIN to, usually marketing, product management and the engineer reviewing technical accuracy. There is no per-seat cost and no limit on how many colleagues you add.
What exactly is recorded?
Every stage change, every preview we publish, and every approval or change request with the name, note and timestamp of whoever made it. Both sides can refer back to it if scope is ever disputed.
How long do the files stay available?
Your delivery vault stays on the link after the project closes, so distributors, documentation teams and new colleagues can collect files months later without asking us.
Is it safe for confidential machinery?
The link is unguessable, the PIN is required to open it, previews can be watermarked, and we can keep a project entirely off the portal and deliver by secure transfer instead if your NDA requires it.
Does it cost extra?
No. It is included in every project, from a single render upwards.
