Roll-to-roll web machine, from CAD to photoreal.
A roll-to-roll web processing machine with an enclosed process module, heavy unwind and rewind stands and a machine-mounted control panel. The CAD assembly was modelled for manufacturing, not marketing. We turned it into a seven-image set that sells the build quality.

What the visuals had to do.
- Show the build qualityPanels, fasteners, rollers and the control panel had to look like the precision equipment they are.
- Explain the layoutMake the relationship between unwind, process module and rewind clear from the first image.
- Give sales a full setSeven views so every sales conversation, from overview to detail, has an image ready.
How we built it.
The CAD was cleaned for rendering: duplicate bodies merged, hidden internals simplified, and every visible part kept at engineered dimensions.
We gave the enclosure a warm powder-coated finish against black structural frames, then lit the scene so both the light panels and the dark frames keep their detail, which is the hardest balance in machine rendering.
Camera positions follow how a customer walks around the machine: overview, operator side, infeed, rear and the panel close-up.

One prepared model feeds every service below, so each further asset costs less than the first.
What a project like this costs.
Fixed prices, CAD preparation included, full commercial usage rights on payment. Complex machines are scoped individually. Full pricing
Questions.
Which CAD formats do you accept?
STEP and IGES are ideal. We also take SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, NX, JT and Parasolid files. We confirm what is usable before quoting.
How long does a render set like this take?
Five to ten working days for a still set, depending on the size of the assembly and the number of views.
