Pump and motor set, from STEP file to photoreal.

A base-mounted pump set: flanged pump, lantern and coupling, electric motor and a steel base frame. The source was a STEP assembly. We prepared it, built the materials and delivered a set that runs from full-product hero to the coupling at macro scale.

How we built it.

The STEP file was checked, repaired where surfaces were open, and simplified inside the motor and pump where nothing is visible.

Blue painted cast iron, bright machined faces, a ribbed aluminium motor housing and a steel base frame each got their own material, lit on white so the set drops straight into a catalogue page.

An exploded view along the drive line shows the pump, coupling halves and lantern in order, ready to become an assembly animation.

Can you work from STEP files only?

Yes. STEP is our preferred format. We check it on arrival and tell you before quoting if anything needs rebuilding.

Can you show different motor sizes or colours?

Yes. Once the set is prepared, variants share the scene, and extra colours or options cost $240 each.
