Welding equipment

MIG welding machine, CAD to photorealistic render.

A trolley-mounted MIG welder with gas cylinder, torch and earth leads, wire-feed housing and control panel. Cables and hoses are the hardest part of any welding product image. Here they are modelled, routed and lit, not painted in afterwards.

What the visuals had to do.

  • Catalogue-cleanWhite-background views that drop straight into e-commerce listings and catalogues.
  • Real cablesTorch, earth lead and gas hose routed naturally, the detail that separates a real product image from a quick render.
  • Show the processTransition images that prove the render is built on the engineering data.

How we built it.

We prepared the housing, trolley, cylinder and regulator from CAD, then modelled the torch, earth lead and gas hose as proper cable geometry so they hang and coil the way real cables do.

Panel graphics are kept crisp, so every dial and label stays readable at print resolution.

The CAD-to-render transitions are made from the same scene, which is why the geometry lines up perfectly between the two halves.

Where these visuals work

Questions.

Can you render products for e-commerce on a white background?

Yes. We deliver marketplace-ready white-background views plus lifestyle or dark variants from the same scene.

Can you make a whole product range consistent?

Yes. Once one model is prepared, sizes and variants share lighting and materials. Catalogue batches start at $340 per SKU.
