How we built it.

The pleat pack was built as true geometry rather than a texture, so the macro views hold up at print resolution.

Moulded plastic, fabric-like media and the printed band each got their own material, with soft light that keeps the blue caps saturated without blowing out.

The exploded view follows the real assembly order, and the same scene can animate the parts coming together for a product video.
