A one-minute process film that follows the whole injection moulding cycle: pellets fed from the hopper, melted along a heated screw and barrel, injected into the mould, cooled and ejected onto the take-off conveyor. The parts of the process no camera can see are the whole story.

How we built it.
The machine was prepared from CAD and cut away where the process happens: the barrel, screw flights and heater bands, and the mould cavity.
Pellet flow, melt colour and heater glow are simulated, not drawn, so the heating stages read clearly without on-screen text.
Camera moves follow the material, from hopper to finished part on the conveyor, so a viewer understands the cycle without a narrator.

Can you show our own machine and mould?
Yes. We build the film from your CAD, so it shows your clamping unit, screw design and mould, not a generic machine.
Can you add voiceover and subtitles?
Yes. English, German and other languages as subtitles or voiceover, plus short cutdowns for social and booth screens.
